About Kathy and Roger
Kathy was born in Rensselaer,
Indiana on April 8, 19??. She attended Huntington College and Tri-State
University (Angola, IN) from where she attained a B.S. in Business
Education. Then she attended Purdue University, and graduated in 1990
with an M.S. in Educational Computing. She currently teaches Computer
and Information Science at Ivy Tech State College in Valparaiso, IN.
Roger was born in Queens, NY on November 1, 1954. He graduated from the
State University of New York, College at Oneonta in 1975, attended Penn
State University 1976-1977, entered the graduate school at the
University of Notre Dame in 1985 and graduated with a Ph.D. in
Mathematics in 1991. He is an associate professor of Mathematics and Earth and Space Science at
Saint Joseph's College in Rensselaer, IN, where he has taught since

Kathy and Roger were married on June 25, 1996, and live in a lovely
little ranch house just outside of
Kouts, IN.

PERSONAL INTERESTS
Kathy and Roger have
been busy in the past eight years with their house and
their jobs. When we do get time, we enjoyed walking in the beauty of
nature, especially in the Spring and Autumn when the temperatures are
most comfortable. We also enjoy a bit of traveling and would like to
see all of the U.S. by the time we're too old.
Kathy's favorite time of the year is Thanksgiving, when her huge,
but wonderful, family used to get together at the old farmstead in
Rensselaer, IN for a week of eating, talking, laughing, and generally a
good ol' time. Unfortunately, this tradition ended in 1999 after her
mother, Emma, became too weak to tolerate that much activity in one
day. Kathy continues to preserve a version of this tradition
at our home in Kouts, but it'll never be quite the same...
