| The social event of the year was Kathy's surprise 50th birthday party held at the American Legion in Rensselaer, IN on (her birthday!) April 8. Much love and many thanks to all involved in the planning, logistics, and execution of this memorable event! |
| Kathy and I took an after-graduation trip to Murfreesboro, TN from May 8-11. This photo album contains shots of inter alia babies Sydney and Maddie. I was remiss in not taking a picture of the "butt gravy" -- so if you want more info, you'll have to ask Phyllis. Hehehe... :-) |

Kathy got together with some of her Tri-State University alumna at a

Kathy rented the lake house for two weeks. The first weekend was for

Anyone familiar with the Risner family knows that Thanksgiving is the social event of the year. Here is the ordered sequence of pix we took with our digital camera. Tom and Jacky Stoner have hosted a Christmas Eve celebration for the past few years. Here are the snapshots. Note that Kathy made some of the family groups pose with funny faces. I suppose this was to compensate for her obvious need for dental work as evidenced by the first picture! ;-) On Christmas Day Kathy and the Hamachers visited the Cains. Here are the pics. |
