Occupation: Aircraft Tech (Aircraft Mechanic & Avionics) College Attended: Baptist Institute of Biblical Studies Marital Status: Married (6 years) Spouse's Name: Nancy Children/Ages: None Most Exciting Thing that Happened to You since 1972: We went on a Mission trip to Peru. Teacher who had the biggest impact on you: Mr. Carvel After graduation I went into the Air Force and was stationed at Offutt AFB in Omaha, NE. There I was the Sergeant in charge of the Teletype Maintence Section of 1911 Comm Sq. While there I learned to fly the small aircraft and figured that if I was going to fly them I might just as well learn how to repair them. So after getting out of the Air Force I went to Riverside School of Aeronautics in Utica. There I received my Airframe and Powerplants License (A&P). While in A&P school, having an interest electronics, I then went down to Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa, OK. There I learned how to repair airborne electronics equipment. This was all very good except that I knew more about electronics than they did. All-in-all I obtained my FCC License and was offered a job here in NY. I then came to work with Page Airways, now known as Signature Flight Support at Albany International Airport. There I was employed as a Avionics Tech., repairing and installing radio equipment. During that time I was approached by the NYS Police, they made an offer I couldn't refuse. I figured that if I was going to live in NY I'd better work for them, (how else could you afford to live here!) I've been here with the State Police Aviation Unit now for almost 17 years. Back in 1995 I married Nancy Finch of Middleburgh, NY, and as of yet we have not been blessed with any children. In September of 2000, I graduated from Valley Bible Baptist Church's Institute; Baptist Institute of Biblical Studies (BIBS). The church is located in Middleburgh, NY. We both are involved quite a bit in the ministries of the Church. We are the coordinating church of the Northeast Baptist Seedline Ministries; we put together the King James Bible in many different languages and send them around the world. We've enjoyed our trips abroad and taking the Word of God with us, and are looking forward to getting out of the State and going full time into the God's Ministry.
