More info: I recently got an e-mail from W. James Matthers, CCM (Certified Club Manager), and he appears to be happy and doing very well. Here's a excerpt of the e-mail he sent: "I am the GM of Atlantic Golf Club in Bridgehampton NY. It is a top 100 course built in 1992. Golf Digest's best new private of that year. A Rees Jones design. If you play golf that may mean something to you. The club has 180 members with an average worth of $30,000,000 each. We have a few notables in the membership. It is an enjoyable job and it gives me time for the family. Through the club I have managed to meet a few stars and dignitaries, Pres. Clinton among them (the day before the dress came out of the closet). I have a nine year old boy, Alexander, and 6 year twin (un-twin) girls, Katherine and Michelle and of course my wife that keeps us all in line, Laura ( an Oneonta State Grad 1984?). Just started building a new house, should keep me busy this winter. Life is good out here on the East End. ... and my parents (76 and 86) are right around the corner doing well. It will be fun to see whomever shows this summer, provided I can get away. That is a busy time of year."
